Terms of Service -
Definition: ACDS package refers to the service provided by ACDS to the client for sourcing job candidates. The package includes access to the ACDS job portal and the ability to post job openings and receive applications.
Payment Terms: The client must pay Rs 10 for the ACDS package which includes access to the job portal for 10 job postings.
Duration of Service: The ACDS package is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. The client may renew the package after 30 days if desired.
Limitation of Liability: ACDS does not guarantee the number of applications received or the quality of applicants. The client is responsible for conducting its own interviews and making its own hiring decisions. ACDS is not responsible for any claims or disputes arising from the hiring process.
User Conduct: The client agrees to use the ACDS package in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The client must not post job openings that are illegal or unethical, or engage in any other conduct that is harmful to ACDS or its users.
Changes to Terms of Service: ACDS reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time. The client will be notified of any changes by email.
Termination: ACDS may terminate the client's access to the ACDS package at any time without notice if the client breaches these terms of service.
By purchasing the ACDS package, the client agrees to these terms of service. ☑️
